The monks of Gaden Shartse monastery present a talk on The Four Noble Truths, the cornerstone of all Buddhist teachings world wide.

Every human experiences some sort of suffering in their lifetime: sickness, tragedy, old age, and death. The Four Noble Truths consist of: The Truth of Suffering; The Truth of the Origin of Suffering; The Truth of the End of Suffering; and The Truth of the Path to the End of Suffering (the Eight Fold Path).

This event is part of a two week visit by the Gaden Shartse monastery monks to
7533 Green Valley Rd, Placerville CA

All proceeds support the Gaden Shartse Monastery located in southern India. Everyone is welcome!
